How To Fax Your Documents

Option 1
Print and Fax
Visit your bank online
and locate your most
recent transaction.
From the "File" menu, select "Print".
Fax your documents
to 1-866-276-3587.
Please include your SSN

Screen Shot and E-mail
Visit your bank online
and locate your most
recent transaction.

On your keyboard push
Print Screen Key.

Open your default paint program. Press CTRL & V or go to “Edit” on the menu bar and select “Paste”. This will Paste the image of your transaction. Save the document.

Open your email and
compose a new message.
Attach the document
and send it to
customercare@paydayavenue.com
Please include your SSN

Bank or ATM Machine
Visit your bank or
an ATM machine.

Get a print out of your
most recent transaction.
Please ensure your bank
statement shows your
account number, the re-payment of your loan and a positive current balance.

Fax your documents
